Starting with a sourdough rye shortcrust infused with hazelnuts and pecans for extra crunch. This pie is filled with a layer of decadent ricotta cheesecake and layered with a rich pumpkin cheesecake filling on top. 

Made with real Organic pie pumpkins from Full Circle Community Farm. 

The pie pumpkins, eggs, flour, and butter in this recipe all come from Northeast Wisconsin farmers. Your Thanksgiving dessert table will be extra special with this seasonal treat!

A classic in every German / Danish bakery our version of the Vollkornbrot is a blend of whole wheat, whole rye and buckwheat flours.

To this we add cooked rye berries and toasted sunflower seeds. This combination makes this loaf feel nourishing and deeply satisfying. 

A denser loaf it is classically eaten as open-faced with a variety of toppings like smoked fish or butter and salt.

Enjoy the sweetness of the most ancient grain known to human kind: Einkorn. 

Einkorn is considered an ancient heritage grain, and we are lucky to have a local Wisconsin farmer growing and stone milling this grain. Thanks to Heartland Grains, we can present to you a unique loaf of sourdough. 

This loaf is dense with a natural sweetness that exists from the whole wheat nature of this grain. It is not mixed with any other grain, so with every bite of this loaf you get to experience an ancient heritage grain and taste of Wisconsin. 

Made with locally grown Wisconsin Rye, this is a 30% whole rye loaf that adds an extra balanced flavor with the addition of toasted caraway and fennel seeds, and a brightness given from orange zest. It's a gorgeously marbled loaf with a visual aesthetic that makes it even more delicious. 

This is the Voyageurs' spin on a familiar classic! Like the classic American white bread, this loaf is soft and fluffy, featuring a flaky crust. Perfect for home-made garlic bread or French Toast

Naturally leavened croissants. A true skill to master and 3 days to make. We use the finest butter to laminate pastry and roll into perfect croissant crescent shapes. Baked until flaky and utterly irresistible.

Our sourdough laminated croissant dough filled with fine French Valrhona chocolate and baked until flaky, airy and irresistible.

Twice baked sourdough croissants filled with almond frangipane, vanilla bean syrup, and topped with sliced almonds. Perfectly flaky and oh so buttery, these almond croissants are truly too delicious to resist!

A brilliant cookie that brings together many of the things we love: whole rye flour from Meadowlark Organics, espresso from Coffee Wizardz, and chocolate chip cookies. Enjoy a ½ dozen of these to share with your family and friends.

Your favorite Bakehouse cookie is now available to take home and bake yourself! These signature cookies are loved by all ages, and are the perfect way to have fresh-out-of-the oven cookies available anytime you'd like.

Your container comes with a baker's dozen (13) cookies, Maldon Sea Salt flakes for sprinkling, plus full instructions on how to bake these cookies to perfection. If you don’t bake them all within 5 days, the dough freezes well.

Create a delicious warm scent throughout your house with freshly baked cinnamon rolls. For best results, order your Cinnamon Rolls for pickup or delivery on the day PRIOR to desired day of serving. Example: If you want to enjoy your cinnamon rolls on Saturday morning at home, order for pickup or delivery on Friday.
