Are you ready to get your hands in the dough?
Step away from the everyday hustle, and step into a cozy, hands-on night in the Bakehouse, learning the art of sourdough!
We’ll kick off the evening with warm, fresh bread. The Country Loaf at its peak: golden, crusty, and perfectly airy inside. You'll have the chance to score your own Country Loaf, and watch it bake so you have something freshly bake to take home with you.
Then it’s time to start from the beginning.
You’ll mix, fold, and shape your own dough with guidance from Ben & Celeste, learning Bakehouse techniques and tips along the way.
At the end of the night, you’ll head home with THREE loaves:
- One that has been baked and scored by YOU at the Bakehouse and is ready to enjoy!
- The second one that you'll proof overnight and bake at home the next day!
- The third you'll get to try from start to finish at home with a portion of our starter, and the grain mixture for your first Country loaf.
You'll so be able to enjoy a spread of seasonal tartines, bread and butter boards, as well as your choice of one beverage (*excludes beer & wine).
