A classic in every German / Danish bakery our version of the Vollkornbrot is a blend of whole wheat, whole rye and buckwheat flours.
To this we add cooked rye berries and toasted sunflower seeds. This combination makes this loaf feel nourishing and deeply satisfying. 
A denser loaf it is classically eaten as open-faced with a variety of toppings like smoked fish or butter and salt.
Ingredients: Whole Bread Flour, Whole Rye Flour, Whole Buckwheat Flour, Rye Berries, Sunflower Seeds, Sea Salt.
