Jalapeño & Cheddar Loaf
Preserved Jalapeños, aged shredded cheddar and a touch of toasted cornmeal find there way into our classic sourdough.... not much else to say but ¡Ay, caramba!
Ingredients: Flour (Artisan Bread flour, Whole Wheat, Spelt, & Rye), polenta, water, aged cheddar, pickled jalapeños, sea salt.
