Someday Starts Today ✨

Today is the day. A project we've been working on for the last two years, and we're ready to officially tell you about it!
Join us in our excitement as we plunge into the next huge leap for Voyageurs Bakehouse.
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
It all started as a dream.
One crazy dream. And the dream became a reality.
It started back in 2018, in a small shared kitchen at St. Jude Church. We were baking a few loaves, doing home deliveries with volunteers (Thanks Dad!), and selling our bread at farmers' markets.
There was one mission: To handcraft the highest quality sourdough bread using as many Wisconsin-grown grains as possible, to the NE Wisconsin area. 🥖
Between 2020 and 2025, Voyageurs has created some truly unique loaves and pastries, connected with the community in Green Bay, Appleton, and De Pere, and created countless lifelong memories.
We can confidently say that these last 5 years have been filled with a whole lot of fun! 🤩
But we kept dreaming.
"Imagine someday there was a bakehouse that was big enough to expand our creativity."
"Imagine if there was a bakehouse that had even more on the menu."
"Imagine if there was a bakehouse that could house everyone. A space for the community to gather."
Well, we have been keeping a not-so-little secret. 🤫
That someday starts TODAY!
I like to think of these last 5 years as the first Volume of the compilation of books we're (hypothetically) writing titled, "The Journey of Building a Bakehouse."
And right now marks the beginning of volume 2.
This journey is going to be just as, if not more, exciting as the last one. We are so excited to begin writing this next chapter.
The best is yet to come.
Celeste & Ben:
Congratulations for making your dreams a reality (and fulfilling ours of having amazing bread and goodies). Wishing you the very best success and look forward to experiencing the ‘next chapter’.

Exciting! I remember buying my first loaf on a very cold, windy day at the farmer’s market because I felt sorry for that guy out there selling these beautiful loaves of bread. He looked frozen. Then it became my pandemic treat as I could drive up and get my phone order filled and delivered to my car. . I worked in one of the COVID ICU’s in Green Bay and I use to savor that latte and pastry in my car to reward myself after a weeks work. Thank you for that!
I am so thrilled that you share your excitement and your bakery with the public. Congratulations👏👏👏👏👏
So happy and excited for you and your family ! It has been a joy to be a small part of this journey as it continues !
I am really proud to have you as a tenant. You have amazing baked goods. Congratulations!
