We blend stone-ground whole rye (40%) from Meuer Farms with sifted bread flour (60%). We add a little caraway seed as it's the tradition and pairs well with the earthiness of the rye. This produces a lighter rye that partners with many dishes, especially well with fish fry. Perfect for the month of April!
