With a whole Red Jalapeno chili and shredded cheddar cheese baked on top of the loaf, this well loved classic takes on a new look and added pop of flavor. Preserved jalapeños, aged shredded cheddar are added to the crumb of our classic Country Sourdough loaf.... not much else to say but ¡Ay, caramba!
Ingredients: Flour (artisan bread flour, stone-ground whole wheat, spelt, & rye), aged shredded cheddar, pickled jalapeños, red jalapeno chili, sea salt.
