We promised you that we would tell you where this new Bakehouse is going to be, and we're finally ready to share!Ā 

(But, if you’ve been paying close attention… you probably had a hunch.)

We promised you a bigger space. And well, this is a MUCH bigger space! The best part? It's just steps down the hall from the original Bakehouse! šŸ™ŒĀ 

Ā Plus this week, our brand new oven was delivered!

When we opened our first Bakehouse in 2020, the oven delivery felt like a landmark moment.

The oven is the heartbeat of our Bakehouse.

It breathes life into our loaves, fills the space with warmth, and turns raw dough into something unforgettable.

This oven? EvenĀ Bigger.Ā (both physically, and emotionally!)Ā 

What used to take 9 hours, will now only 3! Meaning more sourdough for everyone. šŸ„–Ā 

The oven comes from the Italian brand Polin, and was constructed over the course of the week.

It's pretty incredible to watch the process from start to finish, and we cannot wait to bake the first loaves! 🤩 

There is still a lot more work to be done, but we wanted to finally share where our new Bakehouse home is going to be.Ā 

We absolutely cannot wait to welcome you to our new Bakehouse home...opening this summer! ā˜€ļø
