Featured in Season 3 of the Sourdough Society line up, this rustic loaf features a new combination of three seeds: 1) Red Quinoa, 2) Poppyseeds, and 3) Sunflower Seeds.
Based on our signature country loaf dough, these three seeds get added to the dough, and crusted in poppyseeds to finish.
It gets shaped right before it goes in the oven, and does not get scored, giving it an additional rustic look to the loaf with the natural burstage.
This loaf is for crust lovers, as the crust to crumb ratio is higher than our signature Seeded Country loaf.
