Sourdough Granola (16oz)
This is the sourdough version of Granola! A 24-hour fermented granola made with local oats that have been grown and milled by Meuer Farms in Chilton, WI. This fermented oat blend is then mixed with a blend of nut butter, pecans, raisins, and activated pumpkin, flax and sunflower seeds. The granola is sweetened with local maple syrup to add a light sweet crunch to the end of a dynamic bite of granola.
INGREDIENTS: Oats, levain (flour, water), sunflower oil, nut and seed butter (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews), maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, pecans, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, vanilla extract, salt.
