Sourdough Granola (16oz)
This is the sourdough version of Granola! A 24-hour fermented granola made with local oats that have been grown and milled by Meuer Farms in Chilton, WI. This fermented oat blend is then mixed with a blend of nut butter, pecans, raisins, and activated pumpkin, flax and sunflower seeds. The granola is sweetened with local maple syrup to add a light sweet crunch to the end of a dynamic bite of granola.
INGREDIENTS: Wholes Oats, levain (flour, water), sunflower oil, nut and seed butter (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews), maple syrup, raisins, activated seeds (pumpkin seeds, pecans, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), vanilla extract, salt.
