Each and every bite of this soft brioche roll will take you down a flavor journey of the best of autumn. These "bake at home" rolls will make you want to cozy up at home with a warm cup of coffee and have some of your favorite people over for brunch.
Pumpkin puree and a house blend of spices is mixed into our sourdough brioche dough. Then it's rolled up with a spiced filling, and cut into 5 rolls. The rolls are then set into a base of a miso caramel syrup (think salted caramel but better) and candied pecans.
You'll bake this tray of rolls at home. Once golden brown, you'll flip them out of the tray, scraping all the caramel sauce on top, and they are ready to serve.
Serving size: 8" round tin with 5 rolls. Serves 5, or sharable for 10.
