The Voyageurs version of the classic potato soft dinner roll... but sourdough style! Our potato dinner roll is made with a blend of whole wheat and artisan bread flour, and then roasted and mashed potatoes are mixed into the dough. They're baked with 6 small rolls clustered together in a square pan, ensuring that each roll retains its soft, pillowy texture on all sides. These are a great side to your Easter meal, and the perfect roll for making leftover ham sandwiches.
