The special seasonal feature is our wild ramp boule. This week we create a pesto of ramps with toasted sunflower seeds and extra virgin olive oil. This mixture is folded into our Italian sourdough made with whole Durum wheat

INGREDIENTS: Artisan bread flour, whole durum wheat, olive oil, ramps, sunflower salt.
