Italian Polenta Pepita


Using our Italian style polenta olive oil sourdough we add fresh basil and toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) to the dough. The addition of sweet basil and toasty seeds pairs perfectly with all your summertime dishes. 

Ingredients: Artisan Bread Flour, Whole Durum Wheat, Polenta, Olive Oil, Pepitas, Basil, Sea Salt.
