This is a special recipe from Ben's father, Chef Graham Cadman. Chef Cadman spent 30 years as a head chef in restaurants around the world including Hong Kong, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and Amsterdam. He made this stuffing recipe a few years back, and it has quickly become a family favorite!
A special recipe made with chestnuts, leeks, sundried tomatoes, fresh herbs, Voyageurs sourdough, and wrapped edges with bacon, this decadent stuffing is rich in flavor.
