Emily spent time teaching English in German and quickly fell in love with the Backerei found all over Hamburg where she lived.

A traditional staple found in every bakery across Germany. These little hard rolls are delicious with breakfast, lunch or dinner! We make ours with our german Dinkelbrot sourdough, which is a rye and spelt blend. You get 4 in a pack, each is different! Poppy Seed, Pumpkin Seed, Sesame / Sunflower and Plain.
