This sourdough features our country loaf blend with toasted and soaked sunflower, flax, and sesame seeds. The seeds add a moist, supple quality to the crumb, a wonderful aroma, taste, and, not insignificantly, nutrition.

Honey Oat Spelt
A delicious combination of Honey, Oats and Spelt flour from Meuer Farm mixed into a classic sourdough.
It results in a soft creamy interior and amazing natural sweetness. We use local organic oats from Meuer Farm, their stone ground flour and raw honey.
