It starts with the base of our best-selling Country loaf.
Then they sourced the best-quality organically farmed, chemical free Apples that can be found in our area from Chicken Little Orchard in Pulaski. (pictured)
These apples are stewed down to help steam off the moisture, then folded into our Country loaf with a little sprinkle of our Cinnamon Roll filling to pack in little pockets of sweetness.
Then baked to a deep golden color to give a little bitter contrast of the crust with a very light glaze to give a little sweet bit right at the front.
It's a master stroke of bread genius if you ask us!
