Spelt with Sprouted Rye Berries


Baker Ben's take on a classic German "Dinkelbrot.” Sprouted rye berries are deliciously sweet and nutrient dense. We mix them into a classic stone ground spelt sourdough. 

Dinkelbrot in German is a cute name for spelt bread and is typically mixed with rye.
